G2 was once a veteran war-torn soldier. He was changed by running, helping him to get rid of the spiritual torture he suffered in the Iraq war and rediscovering himself.

Although G2 was retired due to muscle problems in 2015 UTMB, 2015 was the year of G2's harvest: UTWT runner-up, UTMF champion, Transgrancanaria champion and refresh track record, fourth in the US West 100 miles.

Have patience
It is very important to be patient. I knew very little about cross-country running when I was running cross-country running in the first two or three years, and it was very unnatural to run. Use of gym

When you have a large amount of training, you must pay attention to your body not to be injured. I have not suffered any serious injuries during the past five years, so I am able to maintain my training level and continue to improve. It also made me slowly become a strong runner.
Ready to travel
If you want to run in the mountains, you must spend a lot of time in the mountains. The more time you spend on the technical road in the mountains, the stronger you will be. From the place where I live to the nearest mountain 500 kilometers away, I have to drive for 5 hours. I usually choose to train in a place in southern Poland. Although it takes 10 hours to drive, I will run as much as possible in the mountains.

Yoga can be relaxed. Sometimes when you run in the mountains, you feel stress. Even when I have pain or other problems, I also learn to use yoga exercises to help me relax.

Game start
At the beginning of the game, everyone generally runs faster and more chaotically. But shortly after the start of the game, many players who began to run too fast will fail. It is therefore of utmost importance that we must be patient, calm and follow our own rhythm. Do not try to follow other players. The game takes a long time, so you must save your strength for the rest of the game. Do this, stay relaxed, and you can enjoy the game.

Adaptation process
When the game entered a period of time, my plan was to follow other players and follow their rhythm. Running together will make everyone happy. Staying in good shape, I can look for opportunities to go one step further.
I didn't run well when I started. I was still warming up when I was 30 kilometers or 40 kilometers away. After that I began to have a state and my body was completely warm. If the body allows me to maintain a good rhythm, I will keep it. If it is not in the state, I will follow the state of the body and choose to give up.
"Crashing wall" period
If you can't avoid super horses, you will eventually reach a critical state, what we call "bumping walls." You know it will come, so you must be patient.

I have always reminded myself that "the pain is short-lived and glory is eternal." When you hit the wall, tell yourself that it will soon pass.

When I "hit the wall", I use a mental trick. For example, when I ran UTMF in Japan, I imagined myself as a Japanese samurai who was fighting bad guys. This is a psychological game to solve difficulties. In general, I would imagine myself as a variety of roles.

The final stage
In the final stage of the game, I will think about something that will make me feel positive. For example, I would like to think about my family and thank them for supporting my game all night long. This idea will give me the motivation to let me run faster. This idea also resonates. I know that when I see them, I feel very deep. As a father, I will set a good example for my child – complete what you have already started doing. The children will see how I persist in doing what I like to do. This is a valuable lesson for them.
