4.1 Principle of the test

5, the test process

(1) Take 10 vials matching the test rubber plug, add about 1/2 volume of water to the vial, and install 10 plug samples on the vial after adding water.

(2) Put the above 10 vials into a high pressure cooking pot and cook at 121 °C for 30 min.

(3) After the cooking is completed, remove the vial and cool to room temperature.

(4) Set parameter information such as sample name, number of tests (10 times), and test speed (200 mm/min).

(5) Install the puncture needle in the upper fixture of the device, take one of the samples, and fix it with the sample fixture.

(6) Click on the test option and the test begins. The puncture needle automatically moves downward to puncture the rubber plug sample, and the device displays the force value during the puncture process in real time, and reports the maximum force value in the process as the puncture force.

(7) Repeat the fixed sample-test process until all 10 samples have been tested.
