Removal of special stains on the layout

In printing, some special stains that are difficult to remove are often encountered. Such as: the line from the text too close (only 0.5mm away) and the dirty traces of the text, as well as baking version of the dirty track. This kind of dirty trace is not only not easy to remove, but also some dirty traces will be removed or scratched during the removal process. How can we remove such dirt? The approach we take is:

1. Use the masking method to remove lines that are too close to the text. Because this dirty track is too close to the text, when you trace it with a brush, you accidentally trace the stroke of the word, or you may lack it. We use a small piece of paper to fold out a little side, and then , Cover the text so that the dirty lines are separated (close to the side of the side that is slightly upright), so that when you use the brush to edit the paste (to remove the dirty agent), you won't carry the text.

Second, use the needle stroke method to remove the stains inside the text. This kind of dirty marks can not be repaired with a brush and can't be rubbed with a corroding rod. This will not affect the quality of the product. We use the needle tip to wipe off the stain. Then use phosphoric acid to burn it.

Third, use the knife scraping method to remove the baked version of the dirty traces. This stain is more stubborn because it has been baked. Sometimes it will not work after grinding it several times with a corrosion rod. If you use a blade to wipe off the dirty traces (better to scrape in one direction when scraping), and then use phosphoric acid to burn it, or use a wetting powder, the problem will be solved. It can also be scraped with a blade and then ground again with an etching rod, so that the scratches on the plate can be flattened and burned with phosphoric acid.
