Xia Qing said that the "ISO14020 series of standards" is not a one-size-fits-all approach. China has also continued to formulate and improve this standard, including 18 pilot cities such as Beijing and Shanghai, and is currently working on "modern service technology standards" and "modern product standards." It is expected that by 2005, China will form a large platform for international standards throughout the country, and all enterprises and products will operate under a unified technical standard and become a “green world without borders”.
