Aluminum foil cap printing folds solution

Aluminum foil cap labels are prone to wrinkling during the printing process or during winding. The main reasons and solutions are analyzed as follows.
1. When printing non-full version ink products (such as a triangular pattern), the entire layout will cause uneven wrinkling during winding because of uneven ink distribution. This phenomenon can be overcome in typesetting. For example, on the two sides of the layout (inside the color code), design some color blocks about 1cm in width. The length should not be so long that it can be 1cm away from the edge of the icon. In this way, the unevenness of the entire layout is ensured during printing, and after the next process (embossing machine embossing), wrinkles do not occur when winding.
2. The wear of the platen roller bearing or the transfer lever bearing causes the printing roller or the transfer lever to jump when the sheet is conveyed, resulting in uneven tension on both sides of the rolled aluminum foil roll. Observe where the aluminum foil wrinkles, determine which group of embossed roller bearings or transfer rod bearings wear, and then the right medicine.
3. The printing roller's embossing roller wears and wrinkles may occur during the transfer. At this time, it is necessary to send the embossing rubber roller back to the manufacturer for polishing. Usually, one set of rubber roller is required to be polished once for printing about 1 million meters.
4. The tension before and after the press does not meet the requirements. The average winding tension is 5% to 10% greater than the unwinding tension. If the winding tension is too small, the winding may not be tight; if the tension is too large, the aluminum foil may be deformed.
