Tension machine calibration method

Tensile machine, also known as tensile testing machine, is a testing machine used to mechanically test metal materials and non-metallic materials for tensile, compression, bending, shearing, peeling and other mechanical performance tests. The structural principle is to adopt electromechanical integration design, which is mainly composed of load cell, transmitter, microprocessor, load drive mechanism, computer and color inkjet printer. Mainly suitable for testing various physical and mechanical properties of rubber, profiled materials, pipes, plastic films, plastic sheets, wires and cables. Tension machine fixtures are an important part of the instrument. Different materials require different fixtures. It is also an important factor for the smoothness of the test and the accuracy of the test results.

The tensile test generally clamps the two ends of the material sample on two clamps at a certain distance. The two clamps separate and stretch the sample at a certain speed to measure the stress change on the sample until the sample breaks. Tensile machine tensile test is one of the most widely used methods to study the mechanical strength of materials, which requires constant speed movement. According to the different load measurement methods, the early days can be roughly divided into two types: pendulum tensile testing machine and electronic tensile testing machine.

Tension machine calibration method 1. Tension machine strength value calibration: After entering the computer program, open the calibration interface, press the test to start, take a standard weight weight and hang it on the upper fixture connection seat, record the computer display strength value, and calculate and The difference between the standard weight and the weight should not exceed ± 1%

2. Speed correction of tension machine:
1. First record the initial position of the machine crossarm, and select the speed value on the control panel (use a standard straight steel ruler to measure the travel of the crossarm).
2. At the same time when starting the machine, the electronic stopwatch starts to count for one minute. While the stopwatch reaches the time, press the stop button of the machine. According to the time of the stopwatch, the travel value of the crossarm is recorded as the rate per minute (mm / min). Observe the horizontal The difference between the shoulder travel value and the straight steel ruler, and the calculation of the travel error value of the shoulder, should not exceed ± 1%.

Storage Basket

A basket is a container that is traditionally constructed from stiff fibers and can be made from a range of materials, including wood splints, runners, and cane. While most baskets are made from plant materials, other materials such as horsehair, baleen, or metal wire can be used. Baskets are generally woven by hand. Some baskets are fitted with a lid, while others are left open on top.

Baskets serve utilitarian as well as aesthetic purposes. Some baskets are ceremonial, that is religious, in nature. While baskets are usually used for harvesting, storage and transport, specialized baskets are used as sieves for a variety of purposes, including cooking, processing seeds or grains, tossing gambling pieces, rattles, fans, fish traps, and laundry.
