1. Verification and repair

According to the work practice over the years, before starting the verification and repair work, the level of the workbench should be adjusted to observe whether the spindle, lever, lifting screw, buffer mechanism and measuring device are normal and flexible. 1. The loading indicator light and the measuring microscope light are off

First check whether the power supply is connected, and then check the switch, bulb, etc. If after removing these factors, it is still not bright, it is necessary to see if the load is all added or the reed switch is normal. 2. Turbidity in the measuring microscope, no indentation or indentation

This should start with adjusting the focal length and lighting of the microscope. The reason for this situation is caused by the different axes of the indenter, measuring microscope and worktable. Since the indenter is fixed at the bottom of the working shaft, adjust it in the following order. â‘ Adjust the movable clearance at the lower end of the main shaft, as long as the lower end surface of the guide base does not directly contact the tapered surface of the main shaft; Observe its position in the microscope and record; â‘¢Turn the worktable gently to ensure that the test block does not move on the worktable. Find a point on the test block that does not rotate under the microscope. 4. Reasons and solutions for the over-tolerance of the indicated value at the time of verification

â‘  The scale of the measuring microscope is inaccurate. Check with a standard micrometer. If not allowed, it can be repaired or replaced.

â‘¡ Defect of diamond indenter. Observe with an 80x stereo microscope to see if it meets the requirements of the Diamond Indenter Verification Regulations. If there is a defect, replace the indenter.

③ The load load exceeds the requirements of the regulations or the load is unstable, check with a third-class standard dynamometer with a small load. If the load exceeds ± 1.0% but the direction is consistent, in this case, the lever ratio changes. Loosen the protective cap of the spindle, rotate the force point contact, adjust the load lever ratio, and adjust and tighten it. If the load is unstable, it may be caused by the blunt blade of the force point, the wear of the fulcrum steel ball, the non-centering of the working shaft and the main shaft, and the large friction in the working shaft. Check the blade and steel ball at this time. If it becomes dull or worn, it should be trimmed or replaced. Check the working shaft and clean it. Be sure to match the steel balls around the shaft. 5. Shock phenomenon when loading

This situation is related to too little or too much oil in the buffer. It can usually be solved after filling with oil or cleaning the buffer.

2. Maintenance and precautions

1 The weight and the indenter must be removed when transporting the hardness timer, and the shockproof rubber pad should be clamped between the indenter seat and the sample table; the original packaging should be restored for long-distance transportation.

2 When commissioning and checking, such as loading and unloading weights, removing the upper cover, plugging and unplugging cables, and opening the side door for inspection, the power supply should be cut off.

3 It is forbidden to switch the test force when the indenter is in contact with the test sample.

4 The loading and unloading head should be carefully and carefully to ensure that the tip is free of damage and pollution, and the mounting surface is clean and free of foreign objects. It should be removed for proper storage for a long time and pay attention to rust prevention.

5 The surface of the sample table and the standard hardness block should be clean and free from pollution, scratches, scratches and bruises.

6 During the test, the sample to be tested must be placed steadily and supported reliably to ensure that there is no displacement or deformation during the test.

7 Attention should be paid to dustproof and anticorrosive media in daily working environment and after shutdown.

8 The sample table lifting screw should be lubricated regularly. The specific method is: remove the sample stage and the protective ring, loosen the screw sheath, inject a few drops of light lubricating oil on the screw, then turn the handwheel, and repeatedly lift the screw to make the lubricant evenly distributed. Finally, reinstall the sheath and other objects. Note that the lubricant should not be injected too much.

9 Periodic verification and calibration of the hardness tester shall be carried out in accordance with relevant national standards.
