Clever ink sealing film

The surface of the domestic non-open canned boxed ink is easily oxidized to form dry ink. Many printing plant operators need to remove the plastic film directly after opening the box in order to save time when picking ink. In winter, the viscosity of the ink increases due to the decrease of the ink flowability. Here is a simple and easy method, readers may wish to try in actual operation: after the ink is opened, inject a suitable amount of hot water over 70 degrees Celsius, and after half a minute, pour the water and gently lift it by hand. The seal is removed and the ink is not sticky. A paper seal is also suitable.

For the preservation of the remaining ink, you can cut a round piece of paper slightly larger than the opening of the box, cover it with the ink, and completely contact with it, you can keep it dry for a long time. When it is used for the next time, the hot water should be the same. The method of removing the paper does not cause a great waste.
