When the indentation line bursts, the paper quality of the printed matter in the two places is analyzed and judged. Then, on the defective product of the broken line, a position where the indentation is not marked is selected, and the cardboard is once longitudinally and then horizontally folded. The method to determine whether it is a paper problem. If the creases of the crease lines appear one by one, it proves to be a matter of paper quality. Then use a piece of coated paper equivalent to the thickness of a whiteboard paper to cut once on the machine to see whether the trace of the first coated paper above is broken. If it is not broken, it proves that the pressure and bottom mold of the machine are normal. .

If it is a paper problem, cut synthetic paper corresponding to the thickness of 80 g/m square coated paper into a 2 cm wide paper strip, and then attach the paper strip to the indentation line of the die cutter die. The half-line of the paper strip is aligned with the knife. Mold steel wire, both sides fixed with double-sided adhesive, tape can not exceed the midline. If there are many traces of the product to be processed, each indentation line should be covered with synthetic paper. You can cut a die first to check the effect of die cut lines. If the effect is not obvious, you can add a layer of synthetic paper on the traces, up to 3-4 layers. If there is no such synthetic paper, it can be replaced with OPP plastic tape, but OPP tape is not durable and should be replaced in time.
