Multifunctional filling machine successfully developed in Langfang recently

A new type of rinsing, filling, and capping machine with a production capacity of 20,000 bottles/hr was recently successfully developed at Langfang Packaging Equipment Manufacturing Corporation. The machine can be used for the hot filling of fruit juices and tea beverages as well as the filling of gas-filled beverages.

According to reports, the main structure of the device is split-spliced, which is convenient for transportation, installation and adjustment. The use of advanced atomizing nozzles for bottle rinsing nozzles facilitates the disinfection and cleaning of various parts of the inner wall of the bottle. In the flushing process with a reasonable external impact device, can effectively carry out internal and external cleaning of beverage bottles.
