BlueBellCreameries launches round packaging barrel ice cream

BlueBellCreameries of Texas, USA, launched an ice cream product that uses a barrel between square and round. The inner layer of this packaging container is a cardboard material 91 with a layer of plastic film. 6-color offset printing on cardboard before the container is formed. Plus light finishing. The lid of the packaging container uses a composite material for 4-color offset printing. The lid is sealed with a cardboard disc to a layer of injection-molded PE disc. The packaging manufacturer sent the package lids and packaging containers to BlueBell Creameies for ice cream packaging at a speed of 45 bottles/minute.

Use this packaging structure. The biggest selling point is that it has a larger capacity than a square container, which makes full use of the space of the packaging container and therefore shows a clear differentiated advantage in the market.
