Analysis of Bubbles (Blinking) in Screen Printing

The reasons for the occurrence of bubble (wink) phenomena in printing are diversified, but the main focus is on the plastic head, steel chess, opponents, and ink. Here are some of the most likely causes of air bubbles (Blinking): >> Automation equipment liberalization space

(1) The shape of the plastic head is not suitable, and it is not flat or curved.

(2) The center point (highest point) of the rubber head is printed on the pattern to form air bubbles and generate bubbles.

(3) Adhesive sticking, damage, and oil stains cause poor printheads.

(4) The steel plate is etched too deeply. Due to the thick oil layer, the rubber head oil is not completely affected by the ink stress.

(5) The steel plate is etched too shallow and the oil layer is not thick enough.

(6) The ink is too thin or too slow to dry.

(7) The ink is too dry or too dry.

(8) The scraper applies a pattern treatment ink to the scraping part of the steel plate.
