Analytical temperature and humidity test chamber temperature and humidity calibration method

JJF1101-2003 Environmental Test Equipment Temperature and Humidity Calibration Specification Section 6.2 explains in detail the methods used in the environmental test chamber for temperature and humidity calibration. The following is the details.

1. Calibration of temperature and humidity points

Generally, the temperature limit and humidity point should be selected. The lower limit, upper limit and intermediate point of the equipment use range should be selected. The actual temperature and humidity points can be selected according to the user's needs.

2. The location of the test point

The position of the test point shall be placed on the three calibration surfaces in the equipment working chamber, referred to as the upper, middle and lower layers. The middle layer is the calibration working surface parallel to the bottom surface through the geometric center of the studio, the test point and the inner wall of the working chamber. The distance is not less than 1/10 of the length of each side. When the wind tunnel is encountered, the distance can be increased, but it cannot be greater than 500 mm. If the device has a sample holder or sample car, the lower test points can be placed 10 mm above the sample holder or sample car.

3. Number of test points

The temperature test points are indicated by letters A, B, C..., and the humidity test points are indicated by words A, B, C...

a. When the volume of the device is less than 2?, the temperature test point is 9 and the humidity test point is 3. The O point is located in the middle geometric center, as shown in Figure 1.

b. When the volume is greater than 2?, the temperature test point is 15 and the humidity test point is 4. E, O, and N are located at the geometric centers of the upper, middle, and lower layers, as shown in Fig. 2.

c. When the working volume is greater than 50?, the test point can be increased appropriately.
