1. Conduct a basic survey of trainees in advance

2, warm-up time should not be too long

Children's physical strength is limited. Too long to warm up will consume physical strength. We recommend that 10 minutes be appropriate. In addition, it is necessary to reduce the fixed strength of the snowboard for beginners so that after the slip, the snowboard can be detached and fall.

3, ready to waterproof sunscreen

The reflection of ultraviolet rays in the snow is strong, and when the snow is cold, it may cause damage to the skin. Therefore, waterproof sunscreen, lipstick, etc. should be prepared. Equipment preparation and purchase

Ski equipment includes: snow shoes, snowboards, snow boots, gloves, etc.

Correct skiing posture

Beginners should relax and concentrate in the process of taxiing. If you realize that you are about to fall, bend your body, lower your center of gravity, gather your limbs, throw the cane down quickly, and hold your hands around your chest to prevent your hands from kneeling down and causing injury to your wrist. You should use your hips to fall sideways and increase friction so that you fall ahead of time.

Do not use the method of receding to stop. This is a very dangerous behavior. It is very likely that the snowboard will continue to slide with people.

Also note:

(1) Speed ​​control. Beginners do not control the speed, causing them to stop on the slopes so that they can hit other people or fall. This can easily lead to exposed parts, such as facial bruises.
(2) The snowboard is adapted, and the beginner does not adapt to the long snowboard. When it falls, it is easy to sprain the knee and ankle.

(3) The correct fall. When the beginner falls, he always likes to sit on the “fart.” At this time, he is able to put his hands on the floor and his wrists are easy to get stuck.
(4) Beginners can't adapt to the ups and downs of the snowy roads. They can easily lose their balance and cause a twisted waist.

6. Take advantage of the snow lanes. When you first arrive on the ski resort, you should first understand the approximate conditions of the ski resort.
