W01YQ Hydraulic Support Operation Procedure

1) Operate the operating switch box of the support arm of the support arm. The tension, relaxation, left and right movements, ascent and descent of the support are all controlled by the hydraulic pressure.

2) When the paper roller is installed, press the up switch first to make the arm rise, and then press the release switch to separate the arms. When the upper paper cart conveys the paper roll into place, press the lower switch to drop the arm (Note: Do not touch the paper roll on the top so as not to damage the machine and crush the paper roll). Align the tip with the paper roller core hole, press the clamping switch, and clamp the paper roller (the clamping force can not be too large, need to clamp and then jog the switch to prevent damage to the arm);

3) Adjust the brake on the arm to adjust the tension. For manual braking, the handle can be rotated to adjust the tightness of the brake, that is, adjust the tension.
