SABMiller Group Produces Beer with Recyclable Glass Bottle Processing Line

Not long ago, Kompania Piwowarska SA, a subsidiary of the SABMiller Group, placed a 60,000-MW MW glass bottle processing plant into beer production at a brewery in Bialystok, Poland. This extremely advanced production line was completely contracted by the Krones Group from the manufacture and installation of pipelines to the processed and spent media as well as the electrical wiring of the equipment.

In addition, the bottle's processing equipment includes a Topmatic labeling machine with labeling devices such as label bottles, bottle necks, and bottle backs, as well as a fully automated magazine loading and laser marking device. The SABMiller Group even installed an additional Linatronic FBI full-bottle inspection machine.
All bottle conveyor belts are hygienic and can be foam cleaned. A fully automatic CIP cleaning device is used to clean the instantaneous sterilizer and filling machine.
