Compared to corrugated cartons, the Chinese cellular products cannot be compared. The combined output value is not as good as that of Zhejiang Shengda Paper Products Group Co., Ltd., but it is also less than that of Lake Beijing Light Machine (Carton Machinery) Company. Many people cry out and run for China's honeycomb paper industry. Although they have achieved success, they have not developed quickly and have been struggling.

The scientific development of China's cellular origin originated in Beijing, the level in Guangdong, and the development of Jiangsu. Suzhou, Jiangsu is a hot spot for cellular, where there are world-class German cellular production lines, advanced cellular devices from Japan and Taiwan, and domestically produced cellular production lines, all of which are developing the cellular market. According to the author's knowledge, it is also difficult to develop and develop quickly.

Cellular information transmitted from other regions also indicates that the development of this industry is not optimistic. Xuzhou Tianli Cellular Products Co., Ltd. used cellular equipment in the South, but it was difficult to maintain, and it was not able to maintain it. After the system was restructured, it kept the enterprise back to life and persisted for many years. It still had benefits, but it was slow to develop.

Way out for developing a neutral structure

The scientific development of corrugated and honeycomb structures has proved to be a great asset for the society after long-term practice and verification. In recent years, inspired by the corrugated structure and the honeycomb structure, the Chinese packaging industry has developed a new type of structure, also known as “Wazhongwa.” On October 18th last year, the author participated in the “National Annual Meeting of Corrugated and Cellular Products” held in Hefei, Anhui Province, and gave speeches on corrugated and honeycomb at the meeting.

How to name this new type of structure? The author thinks of the neutral packaging in the packaging category, and this new structure is basically derived from the corrugated and honeycomb structure, so it is called the packaging neutral structure. But it is still too early to draw conclusions. Unlike the scientific development of corrugated and honeycomb structures, it has been recognized by practice and people. With the development of corrugated and cellular technology today, one has reached the limit and one has struggled. Can the neutral structure stand alone on the middle road? The author suggests that the neutral structure should be organically integrated with the corrugated and honeycomb structures and jointly promoted to a broad market.

Cellular products need to be developed

The honeycomb structure has a variety of composite materials functions:

Honeycomb products use a variety of composite materials to process a wide range of alternative products: Honeycomb paperboard can replace heavy duty corrugated packaging, replace household electrical appliance packaging, replace plastic foam cushion cushioning packaging, replace wooden pallets and wooden box packaging.

Fine honeycomb paperboard: It is the direction of development of honeycomb paperboard. As long as the honeycomb paperboard is about 3mm, the cartons can be made smoothly and the cost of the cartons can be reduced. Moreover, the post-processing equipment of the original honeycomb carton company does not need to be improved. This is also a major change in the structure of the carton.

Honeycomb wood board: It can replace wooden boards to make furniture, wooden pallets, wooden boxes and so on. Harbin Bright Group imports Korean cellular equipment and manufactures furniture. And the hotel's wooden furniture and conference tables and chairs can be made from honeycomb products, thus creating a new world of honeycomb.

Complementary advantages. Develop together

Corrugated has the advantages of strong strength, mature products, abundant talents, and surplus companies, and urgently needs to develop new markets. The advantage of Honeycomb is that the market is large, the products are new, the benefits are good, and the difficulties are many. It is hoped that the corrugated paper box industry will strongly support it. This is the basis for mutual cooperation and common development.

In recent years, we have seen a number of cartons companies set up cell-phone products to take advantage of the corrugated enterprises, making cell-phone product development smooth, profitable, and booming.

Structural integration. development trend

The corrugated structure combined with the honeycomb structure and the neutral structure is an inevitable trend of scientific development. Now many products are already being combined, such as heavy-duty crates, home appliance packaging, motorcycle packaging, diesel engine packaging, and trays. In the future, the more scientific combination of various structures will be combined, the more Chinese Wade and honeycomb industries will have great hope.
