Look at the color management of design software from FW's color panel (2)

After the color swatch panel is opened, the colors of Fireworks can be managed and operated. We can add, replace, delete, clear, etc. to customize our own color samples to facilitate our operations.

1, add color

To increase the color to the color sample can be achieved through the dropper tool on the toolbox or the color picker tool in the color well. Take a look at the specific operation steps below.
(1) Use a dropper tool or color picker to extract the desired color from the image.
(2) Click “Window” >> “Swatches” to open the color swatch panel and move the mouse to the end of the color sample block. At this time, the mouse becomes a paint bucket shape.
(3) Click the mouse to add the selected color to the color sample, as shown in Figure 16.

2, replace color

If there are some colors in the color sample that we don't need, then we can use new color samples to replace these unwanted colors. The specific steps are as follows:
(1) Use a dropper tool or color picker to extract the desired color from the image.
(2) Click “Window” >> “Swatches” to open the color swatch panel. Hold down the Shift key and move the mouse to the color to be replaced. At this time, the mouse becomes a paint bucket shape.
(3) Click the color sample block to be replaced. In this case, the new color sample will replace the old color sample, as shown in Figure 17.

3, delete color

If we no longer need some of the colors in the color samples, we can use the following method to remove these colors:
(1) Open the Color Swatches panel. Then hold down the Ctrl key and move the mouse to the color swatch panel. At this point, the mouse becomes a scissors shape, as shown in Figure 18.
(2) The color sample can be deleted by clicking on the color sample block to be deleted.
