Blow-molded commercial PP replaces HDPE bottle market

Italian processor GSG partnered with Borealis to replace HDPE with PP for bottles. Due to the biaxial orientation of PP, the RF926MO grade can significantly reduce the quality of the bottle and provide better mechanical properties, such as providing a higher maximum load than HDPE. Compared with extruded blow molded HDPE, its quality can be reduced by 30%, which reduces the amount of raw materials and has a faster cycle time.
