VITON FREEFLOW Z200 Food Packaging Film Processing Aid approved by European food packaging

DuPont Performance Elastomers Inc. announced that its Viton FreeFlow Z200 fluoroelastomer processing additive for finished film packaging materials has met European food packaging regulations. The processing aid uses polycaprolactone (PCL) as an interfacial agent. It has obtained the “Conformity Statement for Food Packaging Materials Regulations” established by the European Packaging and Packaging Waste Directive 2002/72/EC, which applies to members of the European Union.
