1. Bags

The packaging bag is an important technology in flexible packaging. The packaging bag material is a flexible material with high toughness, tensile strength and wear resistance. The general packaging bag structure is a tubular tubular structure, one end is sealed in advance, and the other end is packaged after the end of the packaging. The packaging operation generally uses a filling operation. The bags are widely used in transport packaging, commercial packaging, interior packaging, and exterior packaging, and are therefore widely used. The bags are generally divided into the following three types:

(1) Container bags. This is a large-volume transport bag with a weight of over 1 ton. The top of the container bag is generally equipped with metal hangers or rings to facilitate the lifting and handling of the forklift or crane. When unloading, the unloading hole at the bottom of the bag can be opened. Suitable for shipping granular, powdery cargo.

Container bags are generally made of polyester fibers such as polypropylene and polyethylene. Due to the convenience of loading and unloading cargo and handling of container bags, the handling efficiency has been significantly improved and has developed rapidly in recent years.

(2) General transport packages. The weight of this type of packaging bag is o. 5-100 kilograms, mostly fabric bags made of plant fibers or synthetic resin fibers, or multi-layer material bags made up of several layers of flexible materials.

(3) Small packaging bags (or ordinary bags). This kind of bag contains less weight and is usually made of a single layer material or a double layer material. For some special requirements of the packaging bag is also a multi-layered composite of different materials. A wide range of packaging, liquid, powder, block and shaped materials can be used such packaging.

Among the above kinds of packaging bags, the container bags are suitable for transportation and packaging, and the general transportation packaging bags are suitable for outer packaging and transportation packaging. The small packaging bags are suitable for interior packaging, individual packaging and commercial packaging.

2. Box.

The packaging box is a packaging technology between rigid and flexible packaging. The packaging material has a certain degree of flexibility, is not easily deformed, has a high compressive strength, and is more rigid than bagged materials. The packaging structure is a regular geometric shape of the cube, but also can be cut into other shapes, such as a round box-shaped, sharp-angled, generally smaller capacity, with opening and closing devices. The packaging operation is generally coded in or loaded, and then the opening and closing device is closed. The overall strength of the packaging box is not large, the amount of packaging is not large, not suitable for transport packaging, suitable for commercial packaging, internal packaging. Suitable for packaging blocks and various special-shaped articles.

3. Packing box

The packaging box is an important category in rigid packaging technology. The packaging material is a rigid or semi-rigid material that has high strength and is not easily deformed. The packaging structure is the same as the packaging box, except that the volume and shape are larger than the packaging box, and the two are usually raised to the delimitation of lo. The packaging operation is mainly coded, and then the opening and closing device is closed or one end is fixedly sealed. The overall strength of the packaging box is high, the anti-deformation ability is strong, and the packaging volume is also relatively large. It is suitable for transport packaging and external packaging, and has a wide range of packaging. It is mainly used for solid grocery packaging. The main packaging box has the following types:

(1) Corrugated boxes. Corrugated cartons are box-shaped containers made of corrugated cardboard. The corrugated cardboard box is classified into three types: folded corrugated cardboard boxes, fixed corrugated cardboard boxes and shaped corrugated cardboard boxes. According to the materials constituting the corrugated box body, there are corrugated cardboard boxes and calcium plastic corrugated boxes.

(2) wooden box. A wooden box is a kind of packaging container commonly used in the circulation field, and its amount is second only to a corrugated box. Wooden boxes mainly include wooden boxes, box boxes and frame boxes.

(3) plastic box. It is generally used as a small transport packaging container. Its advantages are: light weight, good corrosion resistance, can be loaded with a variety of goods, overall integrity, strength and durability to meet the requirements of repeated use, can be made into a variety of colors to the load Classification, convenient handling, no thorns, not easy to hurt the hand.

(4) Containers. The large-volume logistics equipment made of steel or aluminum is also a kind of large-scale packaging box from the perspective of packaging, which can be attributed to the category of transport packaging and is also a large-scale reusable weekly transformation packaging.

4. Bottles.

Bottles are small containers with large differences in bottle neck sizes. They are rigid packages. The packaging materials have high resistance to deformation, and the rigidity and toughness requirements are generally high. Individual bottles are interposed between rigid and flexible materials. The shape of the bottle can be deformed to a certain degree when subjected to external forces. Once the external force is removed, the bottle shape can be restored. Bottle structure is bottleneck diameter is much smaller than the bottle, and open at the top of the bottleneck; packaging operation is filling operation, and then close the bottle cap. The packaging volume of the bottles is generally not large, and it is suitable for beautifying decoration, mainly for commercial packaging and internal packaging. 5. Packaging cans (tubes)

The packaging can is a packaging container with roughly the same cross-sectional shape in various parts of the can body, a short neck of the can and a small inner diameter of the can neck which is smaller than the inner neck of the can body, and is a kind of rigid packaging. The packaging material has high strength and the tank has strong anti-deformation ability. The packing operation is a filling operation, and then the tank opening is closed. It can be used as a transport package, an external package, or a commercial package or an internal package. There are three main types of cans (tubes):

(1) Small packaging cans. This is a typical tank, which can be made of metal or non-metal materials. Its capacity is not large. Generally, it is sold and packaged, and the tank can be assembled and beautified in various ways.

(2) Medium-sized packaging cans. The appearance is also a typical tank body with large capacity. It is generally used as a raw material for chemical raw materials and native products, and plays a role in transportation and packaging.

(3) Container tanks. This is a large tank with cylindrical, spherical, ellipsoidal shapes, both horizontal and vertical. Container tanks are often large tanks with small tank necks. They are filled with filling operations, and irrigation operations and discharge operations are often not performed in the same tank. Another unloading export.
