When the book is not stapled, the above-mentioned flow is used, and the feeder is convenient in work, but there is a serious phenomenon of no milling when milling and backing, and it is easy to cause page breaks. The main reason is that the thick book inevitably has a phenomenon of insignificant binding. After the book backs are glued together, the wear of the cutter increases, and the book back flanging phenomenon occurs. Therefore, it is not possible to change the process of folding, binding, matching, and binding. This process not only overcomes the above deficiencies, saves personnel, and reduces material loss. The disc pack machine uses four people to order, one person checks the number of posts and one person feeds the book. The rest of the staff cover the front and receives the book. The work is relatively easy.

When doing the bookbinding, use fold-out, binding, page-up, first glue-binding, receipt, tear-off, staple-cutting, second-time glue-cutting, and sewing process. When using a single pack such as a disc packer, the incision can be made neat, but the workload of four people is increased at the time of the first glue binding. When carrying out the second glue-binding on the cover, if there is no secondary milling and backing, a second layer of paper glue is visible in the back of the book, and there are many round endorsements and the appearance quality is not good. If the second milling back, the quality of the book backpack seal, but at this time the depth of milling increases, the machine is unfavorable, but also to reduce the size of the book. There is no value for the tailored output value of the cutter, which is not worth the candle.

Using folding→Bundling→Waxing→Splitting→Binder-punching→Cutting knife→Adhesive→Lekou technology, use bundling glue instead of the first glue binding to cancel the second glue binding process. Increase the waxing process, can save double the working hours, when the bundling brushing glue requires the book back code edge (such as the sky), both sides brushing glue at intervals, so that the book is not easy to spread, to ensure the quality of the cut door knife cutting. When cutting, make sure the incision is neat. If there is a small amount of no milling at the time of milling, the amount of milling is added to 3.5mm. This method not only reduces the loss of the milling cutter, but also guarantees the quality of the milling back.

This process can also be used on the ZXJD440A plain binding line. Due to the general thicker book, the number of posts exceeds the number of pagers, and it can only be bound after the first page. If two bindings are used in the bookbinding line, the second time the amount of milling is too small, the back adhesive cannot penetrate into the back of the book, the book is liable to be loosely bonded, and wrinkles or circular endorsements are likely to occur. The quality of the package is not good. If the amount of milling is too large, the book cannot be opened and the dimensions are incorrect. Because the aircraft did not book for the second time, the glue on the edge could not be brushed. When adjusting the machine, pay attention to the distance between the channels when the book is finished to the conveyor belt and prevent the book back from deforming, which will affect the appearance size of the incision.
