The joint venture will continue processing plastic bottles in the UK. Jonathan Short, general manager of ECO Plastics, said: “The establishment of Contimuum Recycling was a big achievement in the development of the beverage and recycling industry in the UK. In the most recent month, ECO Plastics has a financing plan of £24 million. It has entered the final stage. At present, the annual production volume of our mixed plastic bottles has increased from 100,000 tons to 140,000 tons, which is lower than the 50% of the total amount recovered last year."
