New mascara and lip gloss boxes from OEKAMETALL

OEKAmetaLL produced a novel double-headed mascara for L'Oréal's Lancome brand through a sophisticated decor. This cylindrical shaped bottle is injection molded and further improved with different decorative processes.

In order to produce a flashing high-grade appearance, the comb-head bottles were HV-metallized and glossed, and the Lancome logo was printed on. The black container of the brush head is decorated with a silver foil and the subsequent matte paint coating gives the package a pleasant touch. As a connecting element for two mascara tubes, the middle part has an internal control. Lancome's iconic rose and two silver rings are stamped with silver foil. The difficulty here is to assemble the middle part and the applicator unit consisting of 9 individual parts. The precise positioning of decorative parts is also very difficult. Each single piece is equipped with a directional function to ensure precise alignment during assembly and printing.

One end of this mascara has a patented brush head and the other head is an injection molded comb head. This comb head is made of Hytrel® thermoplastic polyester elastomer.
